Since it's opening, Strange Brew has sponsored Wicca 101 classes for the public. In a desire to help educate, the cost of these classes have been kept low- only covering supplies and transportation for the teachers.
Classes are held once or twice a year depending upon the demand. Sign up is currently underway for 2008.
Next Session Beginning- September 2008**
The course runs for 12 weeks, each Tuesday night, beginning at 7pm. the cost is $5 per class or $50 advance (saving you $10). Each week will focus on a different theme.
This class is designed to give a person an overview of the basics within the Craft. In this 12 class program it is hoped that everyone will gain enough understanding of the fundementals to be able to write and hold a ritual, as well as an understanding
of when and why ritual is used.
Some topics will include:
History
Theology/Pantheons
Sabbats and Esbats
Tools
Ethics and Ettiquette
Grounding and Centering
Basic Meditation
Energy Raising
Basic Ritual
Students discussion on writing Ritual
Discussion and Group working.

No prior experience is necessary, great class for those who want to know what its all about on an introductory level.
